The purpose of this area of the website is:

• to assist and support the development of student leaders – prefects, student councils and mentors;
• to facilitate students’ greater involvement in, and contribution to, their schools;
• to share best practice and the collective wisdom of teachers and students.
• to profile the work of teachers and student leaders;
• to provide a forum for sharing ideas, resources, experience and inspiration;
• to address the challenges faced by the school community in promoting student leadership.

Over the coming months, teachers and students will be invited to contribute to the website by sharing their experience and collaborating in developing a living theory and effective practice of student leadership.
